I put Thursday's on yesterday's post.

Friday meals

Pre-workout: one slice sprouted grain bread with almond butter
After workout breakfast: 3-egg veggie omelet, banana, a square of dark chocolate i found in the back of the freezer.
Snack: 3 nut thin crackers with almond butter
Lunch: lettuce salad with garden vegetables, naval orange, 1/2-chciken breast
Snack: 1/2 chicken breast, handful of deluxe mixed nuts
Dinner: 3-egg veggie omelet, sweet potato with butter
Snack: a full chicken breast.
A few sips of protein drink before bed.

Chicken breasts were on sale at Winn-Dixie, so I grilled 34 of them this evening.

Breakfast: sweet potato and zucchini frittata, 1 grande coffee from starbucks w/ half&half and a little splenda

Lunch: leftover rotisserie chicken from last night and 1 parm bread bite from Dominoes (I did give away 2 slices of pizza and 6 cupcakes though!)

snack: a few small pieces jerky, 1 cinnamon candy. water.

snack: (got home from CF, was starving, couldn't wait for dinner) Some freeze dried pears, 1/2 tbsp sunbutter, a couple small slices roast beef, a couple bites artichoke salad.

Dinner: 6 oz sweet and spicy salmon, cauliflower/carrot mash, water, 1 glass red wine

Yikes! Tomorrow is almost here. Can't wait to see my body fat results. Also, stay tuned...the Jacci/Sheena blog is on the launch pad and ready to go. Eat your heart out Sarah Fragoso! Just joking, she is pretty damn awesome.

So all of us were at work until 8pm on Thursday?....freaking kids, adults and their Open houses and meetings. My stomach was growling during my presentation as I usually eat dinner at 7:30, but NO, not this night. When I got home I had cankles from standing so long in high heels and drinking obscene amounts of water to silence the growling monster in my stomach.

Friday

Of course more eggs and sausage, small amount cantalope

Left over steak 5-6 oz, brussel sprouts,1 carrot, half sweet potato

Scallops, sauted spinich

half sweet potato, 2 hard boiled eggs (whites only, I feel like Im pushing it with the eggs but felt like I needed more protein and Im out of leftovers.)

Logging in really helped these past 6 weeks.I definely feel better, perform better in the gym and I feel like I think clearer. I plan on using this diet as a guideline from now on.

My wife starting the diet was the most helpful thing that could have happened on this challenge, she loves to cook and made it easy. Im excited to find out BMI and to see the difference in the fitness test and see everyones success stories. Its been fun, thanks for the introduction to Paleo.
